Prepare for Your Cleaning

To ensure the best results, please clear the area of items and breakables before we arrive. Pin up full-length draperies at least 6 inches above the floor, and lift any furniture skirts touching the carpet. We do not move furniture but will clean around or under items if there’s sufficient space. During our pre-inspection, let us know about any specific carpet conditions or areas of concern, including spots or stains you’d like treated. For safety, keep pets and children away from cleaning areas until the carpet dries. While we work to reduce odors, complete removal is not always guaranteed.

After cleaning, avoid placing furniture on the carpet for at least 8 hours to prevent stains. Keep pets and children off the damp carpet until it’s fully dry for safety. Be careful walking from damp carpet to hard floors, as it may be slippery. If dissatisfied, contact us within 48 hours for a free re-clean. After 48 hours, additional charges apply.

Using hot water extraction, we rinse your carpet to remove any remaining residue without over-wetting.

Step 8: Neutralizing Treatment

We balance the pH of your carpet to eliminate residue and ensure softness.

Step 9: Post Spotting Treatment

Any remaining spots are treated with professional solutions, and we recommend carpet protection for longevity.

Step 10: Post-Grooming
